Please, please be careful what and how you teach. No harsh movements. There are some postures that people with certain health problems cannot do !!Yoga is more about breathing than stretching. There are 4 types of yoga (..power yoga, hot yoga etc. are just western world invention)
the only way to burn belly fat is to burn in it in general. You can’t target an area when you want to burn fat…that means doing cardio is the best way to get rid of it because you will be melting away fat all around your body.

I would love just a whole yoga workout. like a yoga class via a video. just you taking us through the poses. you don’t need to over explain each pose, just basic instructions as we’re going; what body parts are going where and which muscles we should be focusing on in each pose. I would love that! =)

Any general weight loss will help you to lose belly fat. You can’t target one specific area, but some of the weight you lose will come from your tummy. Other than that, you can do some (though I wouldn’t encourage too much!) resistance exercises for your abs. This means that when you get down to a lower body fat percentage, the muscles will start showing through a LITTLE sooner. But do be careful, lots muscle under a just little layer of fat can make you look fatter.
especially wake up yoga! AND yoga moves to loose back fat, hip fat, arm fat, belly fat! ???? (basically all kinds of fats, except for legs, my legs are still strong from doing ballett for 10 years lol)

I play violin a lot, and it makes my bag hurt. So a couple of months ago i started doing yoga, and it has really helped. But recently i broke my leg, and my bag started hurting again. Do you know anything that i could do, that doesn’t require me using my leg? ????
You have those yoga moves down so well!!!:) but I think the MOST IMPORTANT thing in yoga before getting the movement right is to have the breathing right!!! I have been doing yoga for a while now and getting that breathing right has been my biggest challenge, but it is the most important IMO, downward dog is my favorite position, it literally is my “fix all” when I have back ache or my shoulders hurt or other body parts too, it’s also great for relieving stress, when I started yoga I was so shoo
